Registration Fee Schedule

All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend. Conference registration fee for overseas delegates varies from US$ 200 to 400 for overseas delegates depending on the choice of events or package by the delegates. The conference fees for local resident Bangladeshi ( see note below) varies from Taka 3000 to 8000 depending on the package. The conference fee must be received by 28 November, 2010 to assure conference participation. Please contact us in advance if the conference fee will be late so that we can plan for your attendance.

Note: Bangladeshi residents does not include any Bangladeshi residing overseas for education and/or working outside Bangladesh who will be treated as overseas delegate and please do not negotiate in this matter.

Early Bird Discount : 10 % for registration by 7 October, 2011 and 5% registration by 4 November 2011

Cancellation Policy

There is a US$ 100 fee on cancellations received prior to 15 December 2011. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after 15 December, 2011. The authors will be provided with receipt of payment and a letter/certificate of participation immediately after arrival at the registration desk.
